Role Overview – Serve and safeguard clients in manufacturing & industrial settings. Conduct routine patrols, drive within premises, provide customer service, uphold values of integrity, teamwork, and innovation.

Position Type: Full Time
Pay Rate: $20.99 / Hour
Location: Milwaukee, WI

Job Schedule: Mon–Fri 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM

• Provide customer service and carry out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity.
• Collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal management.
• Maintain detailed records of daily activities.
• Support emergency preparedness drills as needed.

• Valid driver’s license (required for driving positions).
• Minimum 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security experience or a college degree.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 21 years (18 for unarmed roles).
• Background investigation and drug screen as per law.
• Compliance with state/local licensing requirements.
