Responsibilities- Build and lead a global protective intelligence program to identify and assess threats to executives, employees, facilities and events.
- Lead security planning and execution for corporate events, executive off‑sites, shareholder meetings and high‑profile gatherings.
- Conduct site assessments and develop event security plans, including access control, emergency response and contingency planning.
- Coordinate with venue security, local law enforcement and private security vendors for seamless operations.
- Serve as on‑site leadership during events, ensuring real‑time threat monitoring and incident response.
- Manage and develop a team of 5‑10 professionals, fostering growth through career discussions and one‑on‑one conversations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Studies, Intelligence or a related field.
- At least 8‑10 years of experience in protective intelligence within corporate security, law enforcement, or military capacity.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing event security plans, including access control and emergency response.
- Proficiency in OSINT platforms and threat monitoring systems.
- Experience in executive protection operations and managing travel‑related security risks.
- Strong communication and report‑writing abilities.
- Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and the ability to handle highly sensitive information.
Competitive base salary (USD 94,600–124,200) with annual incentive of 15% of target and $23,000 in benefits‑related spend, including health, dental, vision, retirement, wellness, EAP, paid time off, and family‑friendly leave options.
