As a Security Officer Full Time in Milwaukee, WI
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Access Control Security Professional at a food and beverage location, you will manage entry points, verify badges and visitor access, maintain a visible presence, and support a welcoming environment for employees and guests. You will help identify and report security-related concerns while delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication.

• Mon - 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Thur - 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri - 02:00 PM - 10:0 PM
• Sat - 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun - 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor and control access to the location by verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and documenting entries and exits in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Maintain accurate access-control logs, incident reports, and related documentation while supporting a professional environment at a food and beverage production location.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
