We’re hiring full-time and part-time unarmed security officers throughout the Milwaukee area
, with 1st and 2nd shift opportunities available
.

Pay: $18.65 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time
Shifts: 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm
Availability: Weekday and weekend openings vary by location
License: Active Wisconsin Guard Card required before starting work

• Maintain a visible, professional security presence.
• Welcome and assist customers, employees, and visitors.
• Patrol assigned areas and identify safety or security concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and CCTV systems as assigned.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, incidents, and hazards.
• Complete clear, accurate daily activity and incident reports.
• Respond to emergencies according to training, site procedures, and post orders.
• Communicate calmly and professionally with site personnel and your security team.

• At least 18 years of age.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• A dependable work history and commitment to arriving on time.
• Reliable transportation to your assigned location.
• Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to meet pre-employment background screening and drug testing requirements.
• Previous security, military, corrections, or law enforcement experience is a plus. Candidates with strong customer service experience and an interest in security are also encouraged to apply.
