• Perform high quality water mitigation services
• Water extraction
• Perform demolition tasks
• Clean up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged
• Place and monitor drying equipment
• Follow company guidelines for proper drying techniques
• Set up the van at the job site using the proper set‑up procedures
• Establish containment, decontaminate, set up and monitor remediation equipment
• Perform job cleanup and breakdown
• Effectively lead a work crew, coach, and train technicians

• IICRC certification
• Experience in water mitigation
• Always prioritize workplace and job site safety
• Lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Take part of our on‑call rotation work schedule
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain a DOT med card for operating box trucks
• Technology proficiency such as use of email, software, and apps to document jobs with photos

Your compensation will vary by your experience level, $26 per hour with IICRC WRT and FSRT certifications. This can be discussed during the first interview. Company paid Medical Insurance is available plus many more benefits.
