DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Door Installer at our Milwaukee, WI location. You will repair and/or install a variety of building materials, commercial doors, and door hardware. We offer a $2,500 hiring bonus for verifiable industry experience in commercial door systems and a $500 bonus for candidates with no experience — we will train.

• Install a wide range of commercial doors and door hardware including roll‑up doors, dock doors, dock equipment, high‑speed rolling doors, and commercial entry doors.
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
• Track and maintain job‑related paperwork and submit it in a timely manner.
• Always operate in a safety‑conscious manner while performing job duties.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred).
• Prior experience in a similar role or a role that required mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to safely lift 100 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights and use a ladder.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
