Our Field Service Technicians work hands‑on with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on our metal fabrication machines. Positions are home‑based but require at least 75% travel. Technicians provide customer and product service via preventative and corrective maintenance per the policies, principles, and procedures established by Cincinnati Incorporated.

• Prioritize, schedule, and complete machine service for customers.
• Prepare and submit documentation for efficient invoicing.
• Maintain company property for safe operation and maximum life.
• Efficiently manage business expenses to maximize profitability.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and assist in the establishment of preventative maintenance schedules with customers.

• 3+ years’ experience with industrial maintenance (or related military experience), including troubleshooting.
• 2 years experience with operation and maintenance of hydraulic systems.

• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic principles.
• Strong diagnostics and technical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Ability to travel overnight at least 75%, at times.
• Superb communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
• Strong PC and organizational skills.

The position is very active, requiring frequent standing, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing of ladders. Hand use for handling or feeling tools, obstacles, or controls is required. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. frequently. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Noise level can be loud occasionally. This is a high‑travel position.
