Job Overview

Textron Aviation is hiring an Experienced A&P (Airframe & Powerplant) Mechanic for an evening shift in Milwaukee, WI (Job Number: 337604). This full‑time role plays a critical part in supporting Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft maintenance and offers an up to $15,000 Sign‑On Bonus.

The A&P Mechanic will conduct thorough inspections, maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Cessna and Beechcraft models. Key duties include:

• Perform a variety of mechanical tasks on aircraft systems, including diagnosing malfunctions, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly, and adjustment to prepare for flight and delivery.
• Conduct troubleshooting, inspection, and repair of turbine engines, including engine run‑ups, and carry out airframe system and component changes, systems checkout, and installation of service bulletins and kits on both airframes and engines.
• Utilize advanced measurement tools such as tensiometers, micrometers, pressure gauges, dial gauges, vacuum gauges, timing lights, and hand tools to repair or modify systems or assemblies.

• High school education or GED required.
• A&P License required.
• Knowledge of 100‑hour, annual, and progressive inspection procedures as per FAR 43 is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of diversified jet, turboprop, piston, modification, or aircraft/flight maintenance experience.
