At Azura Memory Care and Assisted Living in Fox Point, WI, we’re looking for a Full‑Time Maintenance Technician to be the backbone of our memory care community. • Keeping It Safe:
  Perform routine maintenance tasks like plumbing, electrical repairs, HVAC checks, and equipment upkeep to maintain a hazard‑free environment.
• Fixing What’s Broken:
  Respond promptly to repair requests, from fixing a leaky faucet to troubleshooting heating issues, with care and efficiency.
• Enhancing Comfort:
  Assist with room setups, furniture assembly, and minor renovations to keep our spaces functional and inviting.
• Staying Proactive:
  Conduct regular inspections, manage inventory of supplies, and recommend improvements to keep our community in top shape.

• A skilled technician with experience in general maintenance (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or HVAC). Formal training or certification is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with staff to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
• Physically able to lift equipment, climb ladders, and handle tools safely.
