As a Welder/Fabricator, you will take projects from blueprint to completion, working on railings, stairs, fences, and more. This role involves MIG welding, grinding, and finishing a variety of metals. If you have strong math skills, blueprint reading experience, and enjoy hands-on work, this opportunity is for you.

• Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings to fabricate metal structures
• Cut, punch, drill, and weld materials including steel, aluminum, and brass
• Perform MIG welding (16 gauge – ½” steel) and grinding to high finish standards
• Ensure precision by measuring materials to 16ths of an inch
• Handle heavy lifting (up to 50lbs) and meet company quality standards

• Strong math skills, including converting fractions and decimals
• Ability to read a tape measure and work from blueprints
• MIG welding experience required; TIG welding a plus
• Valid WI driver’s license required for insurance purposes
• Reliable attendance is essential

The base salary range for this position is $24+/hr, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
