Job Description
Trim / Finish Carpenter – Milwaukee, WI
Pay: $25–$40/hr based on experience
Benefits: Health, Dental & Vision Insurance
Joint Construction is looking for experienced Trim / Finish Carpenters to join our team in the Milwaukee area.
Responsibilities:
- Install interior and exterior trim
- Install doors, baseboards, casing, and crown molding
- Perform finish carpentry and detailed woodwork
- Measure, cut, and install materials accurately
- Use hand and power tools
- Maintain a safe and clean jobsite
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of trim/finish carpentry experience
- Must be a current Wisconsin resident
- Basic hand tools
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and with a crew
