Empower families through in-home services and support as part of a program that focuses on positive parenting and healthy parent-child interactions.

• Provide in-home visiting services to parent(s), including first-time parents and families with children at risk.
• Create an individualized plan to help parent(s) develop confidence in caring for their children and building self-esteem.
• Educate about child growth and development and reinforce healthy parenting skills.
• Offer assistance to all family members to resolve tensions or discord related to parenting, co-parenting, visitation, discipline, etc.

• Bachelor s Degree in Social Work or a related field (e.g., Human Development and Family Studies, Human Services, Sociology) is required.
• 2 years of previous experience in family services or health care; experience focusing on prenatal and child development is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work well in collaborative teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Salary range: $40,000–$42,000
