Be the first person to welcome a family through our doors. Intake Corporate Representatives
meet clients at their first appointment, learn about their household, and start them on their
pathway into the program and toward a career. You bring a fresh start: gathering documents,
applying clear rules, and making sure every family leaves knowing what happens next.
- Whole family. When a parent goes to work, the whole household feels it. We look at the full picture (children, child care, housing, transportation, well-being) and plan with the family, not just the person on the caseload.
- Abundance mindset. Every family brings strengths: skills, support networks, and determination. We build on what is already there, and we treat every setback as a next step, never a final word.
- In person, with dignity. Our doors are open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Clients are welcomed onsite and treated as partners in their own progress.
- Results that last. We measure success by jobs kept, wages grown, and families made stronger, and we use what we learn to keep improving.
- Welcome clients, learn their goals, and gather and verify the documents for their application.
- Determine eligibility for W-2 in the State's benefits system, accurately and on time.
- Review Job Access Loan requests, a loan that helps clients cover a work-related need like car repairs or tools, and determine whether the client qualifies.
- Help families with urgent needs through assessments and referrals.
- Document every decision so the next worker can pick up the case with a complete, accurate record.
- You lead with purpose and put client success first.
- You enjoy meeting new people and helping them take the first step into the program and toward a career.
- You are careful with details, because accurate work changes a family's month.
- You do not need a social work background: we teach the program and the systems.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in eligibility, case management, customer service, or other people-centered, detail-driven work.
- Accuracy under deadline and clear, respectful communication.
- Paid training: you will complete the State's New Worker Training and earn the W-2 FEP credential with us.
