Piper Companies is seeking a full-time Engineering Manager for an e-learning healthcare platform organization in Research Triangle Park, NC. The Engineering Manager will be leading a team of software engineers and providing technical directions to implementation teams. The Engineering Manager is required to sit on-site 3 days a week in Research Triangle Park, NC.

• Designing, releasing software features, and fixing bug issues.
• Recommending best practices for technical issues.
• Acting as delivery lead, performing backlog management, sprint planning, and feature refinement.
• Examine and evaluate code with the team.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering preferred.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Extensive experience in .Net Core, C#, Agile, Azure, and SDLC.
• Strong leadership skills in mentoring, facilitating code reviews, and developing technical talent.
• AZ 900 and AZ204 Certification preferred.
• Research Triangle Park, NC Hybrid work environment – 3 days on-site.

• $120,000 – $160,000 annually
