Fitness Trainer

TRAIN Moment offers a personal training approach in a welcoming group setting, creating an inviting and inclusive environment for individuals of all fitness levels. Through its Strength-Forward Training methodology, TRAIN Moment focuses on safe yet challenging workouts that combine effective, low‑impact strength exercises with HIIT cardio on the Versa Climber. The mission of TRAIN Moment is to deliver impactful, efficient, and sustainable fitness experiences tailored to support client growth and well‑being.

This is a part‑time, on‑site role for a Fitness Trainer located in Milwaukee, WI. The Fitness Trainer will be responsible for leading group training sessions while ensuring safety during exercises. Daily tasks include guiding clients through structured workouts, offering personalized modifications, fostering an encouraging environment, and supporting clients in achieving their fitness goals.

• Knowledge and experience in Strength Training
• Skills in providing modifications and ensuring client safety during physical activities
• Strong client engagement and motivational skills to inspire participants
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Nationally recognized fitness certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, or similar) and CPR/AED certification
• Ability to work on‑site in Milwaukee, WI
• Passion for fitness and creating an inclusive workout environment
