Warehouse Associate

Overview

Warehouse Associate positions are available across three shifts. Weekend coverage is also needed (Friday through Sunday, 6pm–6:30am). Three 12-hour shifts may be worked, with pay for a full 40 hours.

• Receive inbound orders and place palleted product into the freezer
• Case-pick outbound orders in a frozen environment, build pallets for shipping, and load outgoing trucks
• Consistently verify inventory accuracy
• Manage time to meet productivity goals
• Maintain regular and on-time standards
• Help maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the facility

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable attendance and on-time arrival for scheduled shift
• Warehouse experience preferred, but not mandatory
• Ability to pass Forklift Operator course and/or forklift certified
• Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Utilizing safe warehouse practices
• Team player with good communication skills, ready to contribute to the Palermo’s team

• Consistently move pallets of product in and out of freezer environments
• Lifting of product up to 30 pounds
• Exposure to freezer conditions
