Join our team as a Selector Trainee, responsible for accurately selecting full-case grocery, frozen, and perishable products from warehouse pick slots using equipment such as pallet jacks and voice technology.
Key Duties Include- Ensuring accuracy and safety standards during picking and packaging operations
- Operating materials handling equipment to move products efficiently
- Fitting items onto pallets, wrapping, and transporting to shipping areas
- Maintaining a clean work environment and performing equipment inspections
- Adhering to safety protocols and handling products carefully to prevent damage
- Completing other related duties as assigned
- Ability to operate pallet jacks and other handling equipment
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and producing quality work
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift up to 60 lbs., and perform repetitive movements
- Adaptability to work in refrigerated or frozen environments
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and teamwork skills
Ideal candidates are proactive, safety-conscious, and capable of maintaining productivity in a dynamic warehouse setting.
