Accounts Payable Specialist

A well-established organization in the financial services sector is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. This position plays a critical support role and offers the opportunity to grow with the company during an exciting period of transition and change.

The ideal candidate will bring strong system knowledge—particularly in SAP
—and a collaborative approach to navigating evolving processes within a dynamic workplace.

$28.00/hr - $31.00/hr

• Processing Invoices
• Work extensively within SAP to manage data, reports, and internal processes
• Assist with ongoing process improvements and documentation updates
• Support the team during a period of organizational transition due to recent acquisitions
• Collaborate across teams and adapt to shifting priorities as needed

• SAP experience strongly preferred
• Experience in a financial services or banking environment is a plus
• Proven adaptability and flexibility in fast-changing work environments
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
