Our client is seeking a Billing & Reporting Specialist to support the transition of key financial processes within a growing, data-driven organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, structure, and ownership, and who enjoys turning detailed billing data into clear, actionable reporting. The right candidate will be dependable, analytical, and motivated by building strong, reliable financial workflows.

This role is onsite in Milwaukie, Oregon.

• Prepare, review, and process client billing with a high level of accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and reconcile billing data across multiple systems and reporting tools.
• Produce recurring and ad-hoc financial and operational reports using Excel.
• Identify discrepancies, trends, and process gaps, and help resolve them efficiently.
• Support the transition of billing and reporting functions from external vendors to internal teams.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience in billing and reporting.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, data validation, and basic data analysis.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of transactional data.
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for working across finance, operations, and leadership teams.
