This role is onsite in Milwaukie, Oregon.

• Develop, enhance, and maintain advanced Excel-based tools, including macros and automated processes, to streamline workflows across the accounting department.
• Automate manual tasks tied to invoices, workbooks, reconciliations, and various financial documents to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to identify process-improvement opportunities and implement scalable automation solutions.
• Support treasury functions as needed, including cash monitoring, payment processing, and other related operational tasks.

• Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
• Advanced Excel expertise, including macros, VBA, complex formulas, and automation techniques.
• Strong understanding of accounting workflows and documentation; ability to translate operational needs into automated tools.
• Experience with process improvement, automation, or data-driven optimization preferred.
• Willingness to support treasury operations and assist with broader finance functions as needed.
