Position SummaryAs a Warehouse employee, you are responsible for receiving, processing, and stocking inbound shipments from suppliers, as well as stock transfers from other branches. You will pull, package, and stage outbound orders for delivery or shipment. You will help keep various stock areas in good condition and assist with general housekeeping. You will assist with inventory control tasks such as cycle‑counting and resolving discrepancies.
ResponsibilitiesGeneral Employee Responsibilities:
- Perform your job responsibilities consistent with McGuire Bearing Company’s mission, vision statements and guiding principles.
- Every employee is expected to perform any task as directed by their manager or supervisor.
- Every employee is expected to comply with all company rules including the Employee Handbook, Safety Policy, and Quality Manual.
- Employees are expected to be flexible and work overtime with little or no notice to meet customer requirements.
- Employees are not allowed to operate any vehicles, forklifts, or shop equipment unless authorized to do so.
- Maintain a high level of cooperation between all external and internal customers.

- This is a full-time position.
- Hours are generally 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Self‑motivated and conscientious.

- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift 70 lbs.
- Attention to detail.
- Multi‑task oriented.
