LPN​/Health​/Staffing Coordinator

• Plan, organize, and schedule nursing departments to meet labor requirement needs.
• Maintain ongoing availability of pool and agency personnel to quickly fill staffing gaps.
• Input and monitor staff schedules in the payroll system and ensure accurate time transfers to the correct departments and pay codes.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, especially OSHA standards.
• Maintain employee health records (TB, flu, COVID, titers, and related items) to support staff well-being.

• Minimum of one year of LPN experience preferred; an unencumbered LPN license with the Louisiana State Board of Practical Nurse Examiners (LSBPNE) is required; BLS certification is essential.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; proficiency with payroll and scheduling software; excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Microsoft Word/Excel knowledge strongly preferred;
  Louisiana LPN license.
