Registered Nurse – Psychiatric / Behavioral Health (7P)
Apply for the full‑time Registered Nurse (RN) position at Minden Medical Center. You will work onsite in our state‑of‑the‑art facilities in Minden, LA, providing compassionate care to patients with mental health needs.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure patient safety and maintain a therapeutic environment.
- Follow a 36/48 schedule (7 AM – 7 PM) with extended off periods.
- Current Louisiana RN License
. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills.
- Detail‑oriented, quick decision maker, and able to work effectively in a team.
- Adaptability, resilience, and commitment to patient safety.
