As a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Rehab department at Minden Medical Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve providing direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. You will be expected to assist patients with daily activities, monitor vital signs, and support therapy sessions, ensuring each patient s comfort and safety throughout their rehabilitation journey. You will document patient progress and respond promptly to any changes in health status, while also educating patients and their families about treatment plans and home care instructions.
