Our In-House Agency positions are PRN positions that agree to a full time rotation for a specified period of time, 8 or 12 weeks. As a PRN RN at Minden Medical Center, you can expect a varied and dynamic workday that meets the needs of our patients and healthcare team. Your daily responsibilities will include administering medications, conducting patient assessments, and developing personalized care plans. You will collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care while addressing any immediate medical concerns.

In this role, you will also monitor vital signs, assist with diagnostic tests, and provide patient education on ongoing health management. An active RN license is required, and 2 years experience in Mental Health Nursing is required. These skills will empower you to contribute meaningfully to our mission of delivering exceptional, patient‑centered care. Knowledge and skills required for the position are as follows:
