• Maintain traceability between work orders, parts, and process batch loads.
• Ensure that all documentation, including work orders and cure charts, are properly completed.
• Visually inspect parts for defects, referencing the customer specifications as required.
• Verify that the out life and shelf life of the prepreg has not exceeded during layup.
• Measure physical characteristics of the part, including thickness, to detect nonconformities.
• Accurately use calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, scale rulers, and any other instruments needed to perform the inspection.

• Complete all necessary paperwork.
• Specification testing per customer and certification requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned for the good of the department and company.
• Be actively engaged in the department’s 6S program and complete all necessary paperwork.
• Self-Confidence in explaining and confirming inspection results.
• Strong communication skills both verbally and written with coworkers.
• Strong attention to details especially with data entry, inspections, and inspection reports.
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet schedule and/or supervisor direction.
