What skills and experience we're looking for Are you an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner who is passionate about helping children grow, learn and flourish?

We are looking for a committed and creative individual to join our team at Oaks Nursery, part of St Dubricius C of E First School.

In this role, you’ll play an integral part in supporting a nurturing, engaging and inclusive early years environment.

You’ll work closely with a dedicated and supportive team to deliver high-quality provision where children are happy, curious and confident.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Holds a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
  • Has a secure understanding of the EYFS statutory framework
  • Is caring, motivated, and enthusiastic about early childhood education
  • Brings creativity and a forward-thinking approach to learning
  • Is committed to inclusive practice and supporting every child to thrive
  • Works well as part of a team and contributes positively to a strong school culture
  • Embraces our Christian ethos and contributes to the wider life of the school and federation
  • Demonstrates professionalism, flexibility and a reflective attitude in their practice What the school offers its staff
