We are looking for a committed and creative individual to join our team at Oaks Nursery, part of St Dubricius C of E First School.
In this role, you’ll play an integral part in supporting a nurturing, engaging and inclusive early years environment.
You’ll work closely with a dedicated and supportive team to deliver high-quality provision where children are happy, curious and confident.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
- Has a secure understanding of the EYFS statutory framework
- Is caring, motivated, and enthusiastic about early childhood education
- Brings creativity and a forward-thinking approach to learning
- Is committed to inclusive practice and supporting every child to thrive
- Works well as part of a team and contributes positively to a strong school culture
- Embraces our Christian ethos and contributes to the wider life of the school and federation
- Demonstrates professionalism, flexibility and a reflective attitude in their practice What the school offers its staff
