Taunton & Surrounding Areas.

Pay: £92.00 – £109.00 per day.

Salary / Pay Rate will be dependent on your skills and experience.

Contract:

Flexible / Supply – Term Time Only.

Hours:

School Hours (typically 8:30am – 3:30pm).

• Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
• Encouraging participation and engagement during lessons.
• Helping pupils develop confidence, communication, and social skills.
• Providing positive behaviour support where required.
• Building strong relationships with students and staff.
• Adapting to different schools and age groups.

• A Drama graduate or someone with a performing arts background.
• Confident, enthusiastic, and able to build rapport quickly.
• Passionate about working with children and young people.
• Adaptable and happy working in different schools.
• Experience with young people through theatre groups, coaching, tutoring, youth work, or volunteering is desirable but not essential.

A driving licence and access to your own vehicle are desirable, as work may be available across several schools in Taunton and the surrounding areas.
