Approximately £6,240 per year for sleep-in duties (£62.50 Monday - Friday and £89.25 weekends/holidays), significantly boosting your earning potential

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintaining high standards of care

* Mentor and support junior staff

* Handle healthcare and administrative duties

* Participate in on-call and sleep-in rotas
