We’re looking for an experienced Plumber to join the Facilities team. In this role you will support the operational aspects of resort plumbing, working across the entire estate and collaborating with internal and external service providers. Your work will involve both planned and un‑planned maintenance, ensuring compliance with current legislative standards, and evaluating repairs, replacement parts, inventory and innovation.

Typical working hours cover five days per week in a seven‑day shift pattern, which includes weekends and evenings  role requires a commitment of 40 hours weekly.

• Carry out planned and unplanned plumbing works to meet legislative and quality standards.
• Plan and evaluate repairs, replacement parts, inventory, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers on maintenance projects.
• Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with health & safety procedures.

• Experience working in a maintenance environment with a focus on plumbing.
• Recognised qualification as a skilled plumber or engineer (e.g., Domestic Installer, C+G, hot water storage system, unvented G3).
• Formal electrical qualification an advantage.
• Valid driving license.
• Ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines, and manage change effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, positive approach.
