Baldwin NY PCA​/HHA's - Helping U Case U

Helping U Homecare is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to provide exceptional care to clients in Baldwin, NY, and other areas of Long Island.

As a valued member of our caregiving team, you will help clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life as they receive care in the comfort of their own homes. If you are passionate about helping others and making a meaningful impact every day, we would love to hear from you.

Pay Rate: Starting at $19.65 per hour

• Assist clients with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene

• Provide mobility assistance and support with transfers and ambulation

• Assist with meal preparation and feeding when needed

• Perform light housekeeping and household tasks to maintain a safe living environment

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the care team

• Complete required documentation accurately and timely

• Maintain client confidentiality and follow all agency policies and procedures

• Current NYS HHA or PCA certification

• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to caregiving

• Dependable, professional, and punctual

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to assist clients safely with daily living activities

• Commitment to providing outstanding care and customer service
