Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehab team on a PRN basis.
You will administer prescribed PT treatments and support the resident’s mobility, strength, and quality of life under PT supervision. Ideal candidates hold a Texas PTA license in good standing with regulatory boards, have SNF or long-term care exposure, and are proficient with PT treatment practices and Net Health documentation.
