Broadband Representative/Associate/Specialist
Vyve Broadband is a leading broadband Internet provider serving rural communities across 16 states. We offer broadband, fiber connectivity, cable television and voice services for commercial and residential customers, including high‑speed internet (up to Vyve Gig) and digital HD video. For commercial customers we provide optical Ethernet, PRI and hosted voice services.
What’s the job?
- Perform residential and commercial installation of internet, phone and cable services.
- Troubleshoot and fix service issues, delivering a spectacular customer experience.
- Upsell current services such as higher internet speeds.
- Lift, climb, and work in all weather conditions.
Does this sound like you?
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Customer‑focused, willing to go above and beyond to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Hard‑working and eager to learn and grow.
- Comfortable with heights (poles, roofs, towers).
