Warehouse Picker​/Puller

Position Summary

The Warehouse picker/puller is responsible for accurately loading and unloading orders for shipment to customers.

Monday - Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Must be able to lift 50–100 lbs.
• Build good shippable pallets keeping all items inside the pallet with no overhang.
• Using scanners, pull orders in the system to assure that each order is completed accurately.
• Once a pallet is complete, drop it in the order staging area, then wrap, label and move it to the outbound shipping dock.
• Exercise proper pallet usage by limiting the number of pallets for each order.
• Assist in maintaining a clean warehouse.
• Cross‑train in other departments.
• Attendance is an essential function.
• Must be able to work in the elements during the entire shift.

• Education:
  
  No requirement.
• Experience:
  
  Experience as an order puller preferred (not required). Experience with a hand scanner strongly preferred.
• Computer
  
  Skills:
  
  Basic computer literacy.
• Other Requirements:
  Must follow written and verbal work instructions; understand, speak, write and read English; pass a math test; may work evenings, weekends, and overtime.
