- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Experience in chemical management or automotive sectors is required.
- Set performance expectations and provide feedback and coaching to the site team.
- Manage and direct site personnel activities to achieve goals.
- Assist in waste minimization, material reduction, and supplier consolidation, along with usage reporting.
- Oversee purchasing and pricing review processes.
