Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of prior managerial experience in the restaurant industry and/or related field
- Preferred:
Serv Safe Certification
- Assistance and education is provided if not certified - Energetic and excellent communication skills
- Practical/hands-on approach
- Foster Teamwork
- Provide daily coaching and feedback
- Managing budgets
- Training and development
- Analytical skills
