Automotive Sales Associate - New Car Sales

We are seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Associate to join our new car sales team! The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience and a genuine passion for working with people. • Greet and assist customers at the dealership, answering questions and helping them select the right vehicle for their needs
• Achieve sales goals as defined by the sales manager
• Explain vehicle performance, features, and available options to customers
• Identify each customer’s needs by asking thoughtful questions and actively listening
• Offer test drives and follow dealership procedures for obtaining proper identification
• Regularly review sales activity and results to plan and improve future performance

• Automotive Sales Experience Preferred
• Strong customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and a team player with a positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Social media savvy is a plus
