We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to ensure accuracy
• Code and enter invoices into the accounting system
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Assist with month-end closing and accruals
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding payments
• Support audits and provide documentation as needed

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Net Suite, SAP, Oracle)
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
