• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
• Support monthly and quarterly close activities and reporting timelines
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and related documentation
• Provide audit support and respond to auditor inquiries
• Participate in accounting process and system improvement initiatives
• Identify opportunities to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
• Prepare documentation for external filings and reporting
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve accounting issues
• Perform additional accounting tasks and special projects as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• 3‑6+ years of accounting experience

• Salary Range: $80,000–$105,000

This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or be planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
