Staff Accountant

Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr – $70,000.00/yr

Hybrid, Monday through Thursday onsite

As an accounting professional, you'll play a critical role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting operational success. This position goes beyond basic bookkeeping, your work will include precise reporting, meaningful analysis, and process improvements that influence strategic decisions. Responsibilities range from preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts to managing close activities, all while ensuring compliance with established accounting standards. Collaboration across teams is key, making this an excellent opportunity for someone detail‑oriented, analytical, and eager to contribute in a dynamic environment.

• Produce accurate financial statements and internal reporting packages.
• Manage general ledger activities and ensure compliance with accounting principles.
• Prepare and post journal entries with proper documentation.
• Reconcile accounts and proactively resolve discrepancies.
• Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes.
• Analyze variances and work with planning teams to identify performance drivers.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and results.
• Assist with audits, internal controls, and compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for accurate reporting.
• Participate in special projects and provide strategic analysis as needed.

• 2+ years of Accounting or Finance experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel
