The ideal candidate embodies knowledge of accounting best practices, month‑end closing processes, internal policy, A/R expertise, and provides additional support to operational functions. The candidate is energetic, a positive contributor to the company’s vision and goals, and can work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities- Manage entire Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing.
- Assist with invoice audit and account reconciliation.
- Process monthly invoicing and send statements to vendors.
- Post recurring and reversing journal entries.
- Prepare monthly accrual and cash flow statements.
- Support forecast and cash reporting processes.
- Assist Operations Team with various daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
- Maintain knowledge of vendor contracts and commission rates.
- Coordinate employee travel, travel and office supply budgets.
- Assist in coordination of company events.
- Other administrative and operations functions as assigned.
- 12 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience, including full‑cycle accounting.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills plus general computer literacy.
- Highly motivated with a strong initiative.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and ever‑changing priorities.
- Effective time management and ability to work well in high‑demand/confidential situations.
- Accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Service‑focused with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Motivated by both team and individual environments.
- Can work directly with vendor accounting teams and executives on a daily basis.

Salary: $65,000.00–$85,000.00
