Position Overview

We are seeking an Assurance Senior Associate who will play a key role in audit engagements while developing industry expertise and providing trusted advisory support to clients. This position offers significant opportunities for advancement, professional development, and building long‑term client relationships in a fast‑growing public accounting environment.

What You Will Do
  • Serve as a trusted member of the engagement team delivering assurance and consulting services.
  • Proactively communicate with clients throughout the year to obtain information and address questions.
  • Plan and supervise the execution of audit engagement activities.
  • Perform and review substantive testing on balance sheets and income statements.
  • Conduct and review internal control testing and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Participate in discussions with Managers and Partners regarding business insights and recommendations.
  • Learn through coaching, mentoring, and structured firm‑wide development programs.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships using your entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Support team development in alignment with the firm’s coaching philosophy.
  • Participate in team‑building activities that promote work‑life balance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent coursework required for CPA exam eligibility.
  • CPA preferred or actively pursuing CPA completion.
  • Two or more years of audit experience in public accounting.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.
