Staff Accountant (Hybrid Schedule in-office days of Tuesday – Thursday)

Crystal Farms Dairy Company is seeking a Staff Accountant for a hybrid role with in-office days of Tuesday through Thursday.

POSITION SUMMARY:

• Independently prepare routine journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Support customer pricing and cost center expense reporting.
• Prepare and upload journal entries as part of month‑end close procedures.
• Perform GL account reconciliations to ensure all transactions have support and are in accordance with internal policy and GAAP.
• Monitor and update customer invoices for pricing exceptions.
• Calculate monthly and weekly commodity pricing for specific customers.
• Review month‑end cost center spend, update schedules and assist in variance analysis.
• Maintain process documentation and ensure internal control compliance.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2‑4 years of accounting‑related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and ERP Systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong attention to accuracy and data integrity.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across the organization.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Pay Range: $60,000 – $65,000 per year (approximate).
