• Prepare journal entries, document business processes, and reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly.
• Generate monthly balance sheet and income statement analyses for management, ensuring accurate and consistent financial reports.
• Address complex accounting issues, providing leadership in accounting matters and identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Collaborate with teams to assess the impact of contractual arrangements on accounting, supporting US GAAP audits and tax filings.
• Assist with annual budgeting and monthly forecasting while contributing to system upgrades and implementations.
• Lead or assist in cross-functional projects as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of accounting experience, including public accounting.
• Big 4 audit experience, and CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
