Accounts Payable Specialist

Description We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist for a part-time, onsite position in Richfield, MN. Responsibilities:
Process vendor invoices, check requests, and expense reports Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve invoice discrepancies Maintain accurate and organized filing of documents Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable Assist with payment runs and monitor outstanding invoices Respond professionally to vendor inquiries Requirements Requirements:
Prior experience in accounts payable or a related accounting role Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills
