• Lead bank and account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and verify balance sheet and income statement integrity.
• Assist with strategic financial planning and provide insights to leadership.
• Manage year‑end close activities and related reporting requirements.
• Collaborate across departments to support financial compliance and process improvements.
• Contribute to ad‑hoc projects and analysis as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA optional).
• Strong analytical skills and solid GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with cash basis accounting; service industry background preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software (Orion experience is a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and dependable.

• Prior experience in service‑based industries.
• Tax compliance knowledge.
