Director of Finance & Accounting

Take on a high-impact finance leadership role with one of the region's most recognizable destinations, where real estate expertise and strong financial leadership directly influence business performance. This opportunity is ideal for a commercially minded finance professional who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, lead an established team, and partner across the organization to turn complex financial information into practical business decisions.

The Director of Finance will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting operations while serving as a trusted financial partner to leadership, ownership, and departments throughout the organization. This hands-on leadership position calls for a strong understanding of commercial real estate financials, including property-level performance, cash flow, net operating income (NOI), tenant billings, and lease-related recoveries. Working closely with a tenured team, the Director will help maintain accurate financial reporting, strengthen processes and systems, and ensure budgets and forecasts reflect changing business conditions.

The ideal candidate combines sound financial judgment with a collaborative, approachable leadership style and a willingness to roll up their sleeves. Success in this role requires the ability to manage competing priorities, build strong relationships across departments, challenge existing practices constructively, and communicate financial concepts in a clear, accessible way.
