Smyth Companies, a manufacturer of high-end labels and flexible packaging for consumer goods, is seeking a service-minded Credit and Collections Manager to lead our credit and collections function out of Minneapolis, MN. Reporting to the Business Unit Controller, you'll take ownership of the full credit-to-cash cycle — from risk assessment to hands-on collections — while working closely with our Accounting team to protect cash flow and support the needs of our customers and our business.

Manage the accounts receivable aging process, identifying priority accounts and  driving collection results
Screen and  monitor credit risk  for both new and existing customer accounts
Onboard new customers and manage ongoing customer credit portals
Establish and track KPIs to  measure and continuously improve  collections performance
Report credit and collections performance to executive leadership and management
Partner with the Accounting team to support broader financial operations and special projects
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to  turn AR aging data into a clear collections strategy
Experience working with Fortune 500 companies and customer credit portals
Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule within a collaborative Accounting team
