*** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* Basic understanding of accounting and financial concepts
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams

** How You Will Contribute
** As a Staff Accountant, you will play an important role in ensuring financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently while supporting key accounting and payment  this role, you will:
* Review payable reports to identify payments ready for processing
* Research and resolve discrepancies, including missing carrier statements
* Prepare final payable reports and supporting documentation
* Process customer return payments as needed
* Prepare broker payable reports and monthly broker payments
* Process additional payment requests through checks, ACH, and wire transactions
* Assist with journal entry preparation and financial record maintenance
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in company systems
* Partner with various teams to investigate and resolve transaction-related inquiries
* Support internal controls and compliance requirements surrounding payment processes
* Build strong working relationships across the organization through effective communication and collaboration
