The Patient Access Administrator supports the Benefits Investigation team in obtaining patient access to Kerecis products. The Administrator manages verification requests from the sales force and customers, protects confidential patient health information (PHI), and maintains the Customer Operations Department’s accurate recordkeeping.

Essential Functions
  • Protect confidential patient health information (PHI) at all stages of the benefits verification process
  • Manage case creation and support Patient Access Specialists to process cases
  • Make outbound calls and manage the reimbursement email inbox
  • Maintain accurate data in Kerecis’ customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Complete administrative tasks within the Customer Operations Department as assigned
  • Maintain high quality work to facilitate timely case creation and patient treatment access
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
  • Basic level understanding of medical insurance
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Passionate about providing patients with access to care
  • Astute attention to detail
  • Ability to work on a team aiming for collective success
  • Ability to work independently and problem solve
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year in a transferable administrative or comparable role preferred

Salary description: $45,000-$60,000
